1. To inform [Earl Simwith?] about a letter from What M J.S: dated the 9[th?].
Austin left [England?] on the 14[th?] or 23rd of March 1869.
He left England on the 23rd for Le Jornia,
where he took the Steamer which left that port on the 29th of the month.
